America's at-risk youth often lack resources at school, hindering their ability to receive the education they require to succeed. The goal of this year's recipient, Vogel Alcove, a Dallas nonprofit organization, is to provide stability to local impoverished children, better equipping them perform well in the classroom and in their home.The volunteers at Vogel Alcove played caretaker to 300 children, with the goal of nurturing, educating and feeding them from infancy into adolescence and giving them a safe environment to grow. With the help and support of the community, Vogel Alcove continues to honor our historical legacy as a safe haven for children and families in the Dallas-area. Vogel Alcove services comprise of comprehensive early childhood education program. The Lonestar Two-Step is a fundraiser that aims to help Dallas educational non-profits and generate the donations needed to improve the youth it serves. The fundraising goal for Lonestar Charity Two-Step's second annual event is to raise $50,000. And you can help us achieve it.
