The Long Beach Cancer League, a fundraising auxiliary of the American Cancer Society, is comprised of over 100 dedicated, distinguished, compassionate and fun loving volunteers. For over 4 decades, the members of The Long Beach Cancer League have been committed to promoting an extraordinary annual Gala event that has raised over $12 million dollars, evidence of our passion and unwavering commitment in the fight against cancer. Some of us are cancer survivors. Many of us represent dear friends, loved ones and family that have struggled with cancer. Some of us have supported the fight against cancer as professionals, caregivers, philanthropists. Or all of the above. All of us are warriors that have a vision of a world that one day may be cancer free! Many thanks to the incredible support and generosity of the Long Beach community, our friends, family and colleagues who all help us as we strive to make our vision an attainable reality.
