Longhouse Capital Advisors, LLC is a national financial advisory firm headquartered in Chicago with a southwestern regional office in Tucson. We are independent. We have no ties to any commercial or investment banks. We provide objective analysis, customized solutions, transparent processes and reliable execution for colleges, universities, schools, cultural institutions and other nonprofit organizations seeking to make sense of a constantly shifting financial marketplace.Longhouse is registered as a Municipal Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board ("MSRB"). MSRB Rule G-17 requires that all officers, directors, and employees of Longhouse deal fairly with all persons. Also, in conducting its municipal advisory activity to nonprofit clients, Longhouse is subject to a duty of care meaning Longhouse representatives must possess the degree of knowledge and expertise needed to provide our clients with informed advice. Longhouse also must make a reasonable inquiry as to the facts that are relevant to a client's determination as to whether to proceed with a course of action or that form the basis for any advice provided to the client. Longhouse must undertake a reasonable investigation to determine that it is not basing any recommendation on materially inaccurate or incomplete information.
