We have rich experience, excellent technology and effective management with professional project manager and advanced equipment to run the project following ISO system. 80% of our customers are come from USA and Europe, and some of the moulds are shipped to customer site for production, some of them are left in our factory for making. LONNI mould specializes in large and medium-sized moulds manufacturing more than 10 years experience, with excellent engineering design team and project management personnel over 20 persons. HEJIE precise mould company has built up a rich experience, proficient professional technicians and her hard-working staff. With sophisticated manufacturing technology, we focus on precision plastic moulds. We equipped with precision grinding machine, mirror EDM, high speed CNC (3000 RPM), Sodick slow-feeding EDW, pore release motor and other high-precision processing equipment, and provides with projector, CMM instrument to meet the accuracy requirement of the mould. At present our grinding machining accuracy is + / - 0.002 mm, EDM accuracy + / - 0.005 mm, milling machining accuracy + / - 0.02 mm.
