Lord, Ficks, Zayed and Associates Inc., an LFZ Group affiliate, interacts closely with sister company, Seismic Engineering Associates Ltd., to serve its client's needs. Major emphasis is placed upon preparing comprehensive property condition and seismic risk assessments involving a wide variety of building types; independent structural peer reviews; and providing course of construction field representation services. Focus is also placed upon the design of seismic and wind-sensitive buildings and other special structures and building systems that merit special consideration with respect to structural dynamics. With over 35 years of experience in the field of seismic risk analysis, our engineers pioneered many of the concepts that are now the pillars of the highly-specialized seismic risk analysis field.
