Partnered with the Housing Authority of Los Angeles County (HACoLA), the Los Angeles County Community Development Foundation (LACDF) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that has been dedicated to ending generational poverty throughout low-income communities since 1997. Our college persistence and readiness programs prepare aspiring students for higher education in spite of the economic and personal adversities that often present barriers to self-sufficiency. Last year, LACDF awarded over $54,000 in scholarship funds to deserving applicants throughout Los Angeles County.
