LOT is an innovative, 17-acre business and event campus dedicated to art, technology, and manufacturing in Waterloo Region, Ontario – a tech, innovation, and start-up hub with a population of approximately 550,000. We offer space for creative experimentation, events, and office rentals. LOT also hosts salons and other activity to stimulate the conversation about the convergence of disciplines in art, tech, and manufacturing.Available event locations include: * The Mill – 40,000 square feet of open industrial "Gothic Cathedral" -- well suited to trade shows, exhibitions, and convention-style gatherings* 80Ton – 14,000 square feet – our "creative HQ" that can be used for meetings, film production, performances, lectures, exhibitions, and more* Courtyard – Our central, open space that makes a great companion to The Mill or 80Ton in warmer weather* The Back 40 – Approximately half of our 17 acres is open land well suited to outdoor, large gatheringsContact Patrick Doyle:patrickdoyle83@gmail.comOffice rentals are available through our partnership with Open Sky Incubator -- a privately-funded technology incubator, providing the Kitchener-Waterloo region with an ecosystem to help tech businesses and professionals grow.
