Together we're covering the best of South Australian food and craft beverages.The LOT. 100 kitchen is headed by Adelaide icons Tom Bubner and Shannon Fleming. The chefs will embrace a paddock to plate ethos, helping the team to share the stories of South Australian farming and agriculture through locally sourced ingredients.
