At Love It Yoga we have created a place where yoga can be shared with all the people in our community. It is a place of support, peace and kindness. A place to foster one's own yoga journey. Many gifted teachers from different backgrounds teach and share their practices across a variety of classes. As practitioners we always approach yoga from the mindset of a beginner. At our studio we aim to make environmentally responsible choices by reusing, reducing and recycling. It is important to us to preserve resources and protect the environment. We believe yoga makes us healthier, happier, more peaceful people! If there is peace and love in the person, there is peace and love in the home, the family, the community and the world. Namaste :)
