Love Light Yoga offers one-on-one and group yoga sessions, certified teacher training, wellness retreats in Vancouver and internationally. We design a Vancouver-made yoga and casual wear line. My teaching is a creative expression of my life and my artistic practice with a message of deep healing. I offer a fusion of studies and experiences to support people in finding their radiance: to create space that allows them to shine bright and to authentically acknowledge all parts of themselves and call the lost parts home.
