Love Unlimited is a 501(c)3 non profit founded to help enrich the lives of underprivileged youth in Jamaica so they become successful educated leaders who end the poverty cycle and preserve the world with love. Our free annual summer camp in St. Ann, Jamaica provides a time of arts/crafts, bible lessons, sports and the distribution of school supplies and scholarships. Our goal is to change the mindset of the youth from ' I was born into poverty ' to ' I was born with unlimited potential '. If a child believes he is great and is helped along the way to reaching his or her goals, they can and will do great things. One great mind can ignite a million more. We believe if we can help alleviate poverty through awarding youth who have high academic achievement, and even those don't, with the necessary school supplies and textbooks, we can change the poverty cycle. Children don't choose their beginning they choose their destination. Our long term goal is to create a space for the youth in St. Ann, Jamaica where they can be exposed to the proper resources to help them become successful educated leaders. As of August 2016, the Love Team has prepared more than 1,050 children for school and awarded 89 textbook scholarships to students who hold a 4.0 GPA.
