The boundary generally stretches from East 20th Street to 8th Street SE and falls between Washington and Garfield.The Loveland Downtown Partnership is committed to creating a safe, dynamic environment for residents and visitors to gather, live, work and play. Organized as a 501(c)4 nonprofit in October 2014, the Partnership is the overarching entity in downtown Loveland working to build a strong, energetic and economically viable downtown Loveland.The Downtown Development Authority strengthens and promotes the economic wellbeing of Downtown Loveland.
