Loving Homes provides supported accommodation to vulnerable Young Person's across the West Midlands and beyond. We pride ourselves in offering support services to Young People so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their own communities. We are committed to meeting the needs of those people entrusted within our care and we ensure that our Service Users are able to live the lives they choose and support them in all matters to allow Service User independence. We provide Young Person's/Children's Residential Homes, Supported Accommodation Services and Support Programmes. We seek to provide Service Users with life skills to help them become better citizens, restore their confidence and transition into society without stigmatisation. Our philosophy and aim's include providing high quality care to our Service Users, meeting their needs in a safe, caring and effective environment by a well-led workforce with the skills and knowledge to meet the highest standards. Our aims include: focusing on high quality care based on the needs of our Service Users; to treat all Service Users equally whilst valuing their differences and respecting their human rights; safeguarding Service Users from all forms of abuse whilst respecting their decisions; to provide access to information through a range of formats including advocacy where required; to involve Service Users seeking feedback including complaints, compliments and ideas to improve the service. Other aims we pride ourselves in possessing include ensuring we recruit and retain employees that are passionate about Young People and helping to maintain and improve their skills through the right training and mentoring.
