Since 1992, the Accelerated BSN program at Loyola University Chicago has fast-tracked hundreds of students into the nursing profession. One of several accredited programs available through the university's Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, the program gives individuals with a bachelor's degree in another field of study the chance to earn a BSN in 16 months.With locations in Downers Grove and Maywood, Illinois, the ABSN program offers start dates in January and August, making it highly accessible to qualified students. Comprising four, full-time semesters of rigorous curriculum, the program uses three types of learning to prepare students to sit for the NCLEX-RN® licensure exam with confidence.1.
