LT Health is on a mission to change the course of fatty liver disease. Fatty liver disease is a global liver pandemic that are referred to as the new diabetes. It is a lifestyle related condition that affects 1 out of 4 people in the developed world by having too much fat in the liver which can lead to the potentially fatal disease, cirrhosis. More than 1.2 million people die annually from cirrhosis, which could be avoided by early detection of the condition. Today this is impossible due to the lack of scalable, non-invasive and precision screening options in primary care.At LT Health we want to change this! We are bridging beyond-state-of-the-art research to the real world and are currently developing a smart decision-support tool that will disrupt today's patient funnel by increasing awareness, enabling early detection and ensuring effective patient care of fatty liver disease.Our mission is to empower both patients and clinicians to tackle the global health challenge of fatty liver disease and prevent fatal disease advancement of millions.
