Lucas's Fitness Lab's Communities Acquiring Resources for Education (C.A.R.E.) platform creates bridges connecting the youth in different communities in NYC and beyond to much-needed resources. To achieve the overall goal of closing achievement gaps and breaking down barriers that exist for the youth in our community, the C.A.R.E. platform uses a scaffold of three intertwined and complementary components: Community Building, Community Relationships, and Community Connections.
