Graeme, an electronics software engineer, was a visionary and recognised the ability of IT to transform our future.While our technology usage has evolved - from IBM personal computers to palm-based iPhones - the business' commitment to exceptional customer service and fair pricing remains. To this day, LUCID is still run by the Nightingale family, with Managing Director Adam Nightingale joining the business in 1999, and stepping into the role of Managing Director in 2014. Over the past 30 years, the business has gone from strength to strength, expanding its services from a local Melbourne base to service clients Nationally. Today, LUCID employs a passionate team of IT experts, who tailor solutions to meet each client's unique needs. Importantly, the team also provides clients with peace of mind via 24/7 network monitoring and support. Not only are the LUCID team down-to-earth, but they're able to translate tech into everyday English so that even the least tech-savvy client can realise the benefits of technology.
