Our authentic Liège waffles are lovingly crafted fresh for every customer and our premium ice cream is sourced from Hershey's Ice Cream.What's a Liège waffle? Invented in Belgium, they are the national obsession of a country that loves their treats. Liège waffles are prepared from risen dough and cooked in special cast iron waffle makers. The process carmelizes the pearl sugar to the outside of each waffle giving Lunas waffles an amazing taste and crisp texture with a warm and soft inside.
