Lustre Bar, Melbourne's first Cocktail and Dessert Bar.An ideal venue for after work drinks, corporate functions, a pre-dinner drink or an after dinner destination for a quality dessert or chocolate matched with either a cocktail or quality spirit. Lustre Bar has recently been refurbished and provides an intimate atmosphere where you can hear what your friends are saying or just sit and relax on our Flinders Lane balcony and watch the bustle of the Degraves street precinct.Quality products and fresh ingredients are what we are about. We have an extensive range of Whisk(e)ys, Rums, Vodkas and Tequila as well as all the usual suspects. Not all of our products are listed in the menu so be sure to talk to our staff if you are after something special. Our lists will change with the seasons to match not only the climate but to take advantage of the seasonal produce. At Lustre we are also conscious of our impact on the environment and we also offer menu items sourced as locally as possible so as to reduce the carbon footprint of our business.
