Service designer with broad experience in multi-interface environments. Focus on making complex situations more understandable with insights from extensive research. Create both digital and physical concepts which translate the insight into tangible solutions.Using ethnography for observations of processes and real life environments. Performing qualitative and quantitive research methods to gather insight on the (customer / employee) journey. Designs sprints are used to build and prototype(s) on the insights from the research. All of the work above is mostly used for validation of (new) concepts in (new) situations. The outcome is input for GO / NO-GO moments in strategic projects.
