Founded in 2012, Luxembourg International Mining Company "LIMC Congo S.A.R.L." started its activities in October 2012 as the first official treatment entity for Tantalum and Niobium in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. LIMC Congo S.A.R.L. has treatment, exportation and distribution licenses for Tantalum and Niobium as well as Quality Certificates delivered by Local Authorities and International entities. We act in full compliance with International Law and with resolutions 1493 (2003) of 28/07/2003, 1596 (2005) from 18.04.2005 ,1807 (2008) 31/03/2008 Security Council of the United Nations as well as the final report of the Group of Experts on the Democratic Republic of the Congo submitted on 23 November 2009 to the United Nations Security Council. Our company does not associate with any illegal or unlawful activity related to the use of minerals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). We have all the needed authorizations and certificates confirming the origin of our products and ensuring that it is not sourced from areas of conflict and wars in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or from natural reserves.
