LYNCTECH was launched during the summer of 2018 by three Lyon-based professionals with complementary expertise:• Carole Dahan founded in 2004 the legal firm Dahan Avocats. Carole has an extensive experience in fundraising advice, management package negotiations, acquisitions and LBOs. She provides value-added legal advice to promising high tech start-ups and upscaling SMEs. Carole is an active member of Technion France and maintains close relationships with the Israeli start-up ecosystem• Franck Glaizal decided in 2013 to become an entrepreneur and launched Glaizal & Partners in the Venue Management in luxury and iconic premises located in New York, Miami, Milano, Roma and Turin. During the last 18 months, Franck and his team have generated revenues exceeding $20m, mainly in NYC. Before that, Franck held international top management positions in groups such as Danone, GPV and GL Events• Before joining LYNCTECH, Dominique Leval worked as a senior executive in international investment banks (Lazard, BNP Paribas, BPCE) and Big Four (EY) in M&A and fundraising advisory departments. She acted as financial advisor in major transactions involving fast-growing high-tech companies and international buyers.
