The principal will manage the project by identifying the essential engineering concepts, assigning critical path tasks to the available human resources, and maintaining the project schedule using checklist to verify milestones for calculations, drawings, and specification. Our principals also work closely with our team leaders to ensuring that the lines of communications are always open and being using during weekly staff meetings and daily individual team member consultations.
