We are independent chartered professionals providing specialised town planning and urban design services to public and private sector clients. The practice works both locally and internationally from its new base in Hatfield, UK; from assisting a local land owner or community to design and realise a neighbourhood site through to strategic planning advice and preparation of multi-faceted master plans and spatial frameworks at the city and regional level. Our strength lies in our versatility; we can provide dedicated expertise as a town planner or urban designer independently or fulfill a specific function as part of a team approach. In both of these roles we have worked extensively with the speculative building industry as well as public authorities and organisations to achieve their project aspirations. In today's challenging markets our range of planning products and flexible fee arrangements provide added value and help to keep jobs on track through changing economic trends and political priorities.Our specialised town planning and urban design services focus on each project individually, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs. This may simply be some quick planning advice (sometimes given for free!) or often engaging on studies and plans that require expertise on different development facets and phases over several months.
