Leferink graduated at Montaigne (now AMFI) as a Fashion Designer (BA) in 1994.The first decade after graduation, Peter fulfilled a central role in the team that took the Ann Demeulemeester label to the global fashion stage. The Antwerp fashion heartbeat, known for its unique level of craftsmanship, creating future with history and an absolute eye for aesthetic detail, is still at heart of everything he undertakes; within the PCL company, his work as Principal Design Lecturer at AMFI, and the various fashion related projects he embraces under the PCL flag. Seeing a change of the Fashion-industry as a necessity he recently created the M-ODE foundation. Iris Ruisch graduated at ArtEZ as a Fashion Designer (BA) in 1998.After her graduation Iris worked for several fashion houses, such as Paul Smith & Turnover. She found her way in menswear as Head of Menswear Design at Laundry Industry. Iris wanted to focus more on talent development and bridging creativity with commerce by becoming Senior Design Consultant & Talentscout at HTNK. Seeing the potential of Dutch fashion designers needing more support and visibility she decided to accept the challenge to become Creative Director of Amsterdam Fashion Week in 2015, creating a high-end fashion event, that within 5 editions under her leadership, gained both respect from professionals and press. Upscaling the possibilities for talent development and their internationalizing mend stepping into a new adventure and become part of M-ODE in 2018.
