It is the purpose of M-Powered Development to empower every individual athlete of all ages and circumstance to find themselves — to give themselves an identity, and to shed light on that identity so that they can give it power. A power to call their very own.The goal of M-Powered Development is not to create, but rather, to help our athletes find what already exists inside of them — a power beyond measure — so that they can empower themselves and bring the unlimited potential that already lives within them to the surface.We aim to show our athletes that their development is their responsibility and that it is theirs, and theirs alone, to OWN! It is through this ownership that we hope to breath life into the concepts of individuality, ingenuity, and creativity — concepts that we believe will help transcend athletes far beyond the confines of the athletic world.We firmly believe that the word 'Development' is an all encompassing word that pertains to more than just skill and physical development. It is our mission to provide clarity and connection between the mirky Skill-Development World and what We call the "Real" Basketball World.We want to empower YOU so that YOU can free yourself from the external noise and finally hear the voice that matters most — YOUR VERY OWN!
