We do this through efficient and effective clinical and non clinical audit and smart action planning and by providing quality staff members to support teams in their temporary and permanent staffing requirements.We work with care homes who wish to be pro-active in they're planning towards a CQC inspection in ensuring compliance in all areas of The KLOE's.We also work with care homes who have already undergone a CQC inspection and have not quite met compliance in all areas or have received enforcement notice and wish to seek independent professional and experienced advice to ensure that they meet compliance within the set timeframes delivered by CQC.
