Great local studio that really feels like home. Very relaxing and clean environment. They offer drop in classes but I recommend paying for the new yogis membership. Well worth it! They have classes that provide a great workout or if you just need a restorative yoga practice they have that as well. The owners are wonderful people and are always willing to help. My wife and I love this place and the people of M3Yoga. Oh and get there ten minutes early so you can enjoy the full experience!
