We provide our customers solutions for bin picking, robot guidance, measuring and quality inspection.Our main focuses are on own developed products and systems in four specific business areas;Industrial Vision – using platforms such as Cognex, Halcon and Matrox. Hardware depending on application but using only well proven international brands. Integrating systems for measuring, quality inspection and presence control mainly for recurrent customers. Customers mainly in Nordic countries.Own developed machine for inspection of cartridges and ammunition.Robot Vision – Own platforms such as Mabema Finder and Mabema BinPicker for robot guidance to identify and pick objects in 2D and 3D. Deliveries ranges from vision part as key solution part to complete robot cell solution. Customers mainly on the Swedish market.Nuclear Fuel-Rod/Core inspection – Own developed products and systems for control and measuring nuclear fuel rods and cores in the reactor tank. Duty normal in heavy contaminated environment. Customer to be found in Sweden, Finland, Germany and USA.Wood volume measuring – Own developed system for automatic measuring of log-piles on trucks using laser triangulation and 3D cameras and algorithms. Benefits are accuracy, speed and economy per measured pile.
