Awaken Consulting evolved from a passion of working closely with individuals and teams, over many years and from multiple different perspectives. Working with leaders from small business to large organisations, who lead small to large teams, and working across public and private business has given me the breadth and depth of understanding for what makes a successful leader. Being a leader too, in many different settings, has also given me the opportunity to embody everything I've learnt … yes, mistakes and all.In my professional life, but also in life in general, what I've always been curious about is … what makes us the most authentic and empowered version of ourselves, for ourselves and for those we connect with.
