The challenge and success of matching up those Candidates and Managers with one another so they can be successful together for the long haul is highly fulfilling to our team!• Hands-on Senior IT Recruiter responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruitment and sourcing strategies of IT professionals across all levels and technologies• Responsible for sourcing, screening, technical interviewing, rate negotiation and extending offers to the qualified candidates• Managing on-boarding process (Drug Test, Background Check, Reference Verification), contract negotiations and other documentation for both employees and consultants• Negotiating compensation packages for salary, per diem, re-location allowance, and visa costs• Responsible for candidate follow-up, debriefing the candidates and the Account Managers after completion of each step in the interview process and after the offer has been accepted• Recommending the best practices and procedures in the recruitment process to streamline the interview and the hiring process• Utilizing all available sourcing tools to identify passive and potential candidates...networking with existing relationships on all levels.• Participating in client conference calls and live meetings to discuss immediate project needs
