MACAA believes in the " specialness" of Millennials as a recipe for a lasting, political, social and cultural change, by transforming the dynamism and specialness of Millennials into a positive source of energy that contributes to the development of their community, country and region. Since inception MACAA has continued to build a new genration of active citizens who are committed to explore creative solutions to common problems. As an inspired network, the organization has continuted to explore creative solutions to common problems, believe in the value of political engagement and convinced that government can be a powerful force for good. MACAA's fundamental objective is to help Millennials find their voice, unlock the power of the citizen and inspire Africa's new tribe. By promoting consistent citizen engagement Strengthen, the organization is also committed to deepen democratic governance by promoting instinctive public service accountability, as a fundamental etho of modern democratic governance.MACAA focuses on building a critical mass of active citizenship who understands that none of us has all the answers, and no one person can fix our problems alone unless we all roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty.The organization has a strong conviction that although our challenges may be manifold, they only require our collective attention, deliberation and action.
