The firm specializes in innovative, sustainable design solutions with an emphasis on housing, healthcare, healing environments and education projects.Healthcare projects range from healing environment master planning, medical center office buildings, cancer centers, to healing gardens and health & wellness parks.In Housing MEP has over twenty-five years of experience working on a variety of affordable, workforce, special needs and senior housing projects, we have established relationships with many of the affordable housing authorities, housing development organizations, and architectural firms throughout the Pacific Northwest. We currently have 1,878 units of combined market rate multi-family, and affordable housing projects in design or under construction. Our strength in developing successful housing projects is deeply rooted in experience which has instilled a solid understanding of landscape treatments that work over the course of time.MEP's experience in Education projects includes K-8 and higher education.
