Mach Concepts became airborne through a deficit of modern training aids in the aviation industry. One of our founders - our resident airline pilot - Joe Kotowski, partnered with his friend, co-founder and videographer Danny Simpson with the goal of addressing this deficit and creating a custom set of visual tools to help onboard incoming pilots. The concept was approved and soon Joe and Danny were inside of the simulator to film and document the flows and procedures that are not only unique to each program in the industry but regularly evolve over time. A small group of instructors and incoming pilots quickly picked up the new training aids provided and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. After seeing the success of this program first hand, Joe and Danny were encouraged to form a team and take the concept to others in the aviation industry. Joe and Danny are not only enthusiasts of aviation but are stakeholders in the aviation community with powerful goals of creating a more inclusive aviation experience.
