Machhli Baba Foods LLP shall carry on in India and/or abroad the business to prepare, make, produce, manufacture, treat, convert, finish, process, , import, export, promote, buy and sell, whether whole-sale and / or retail, supply, pack, repack, market, deliver and to act as and appoint consignor, collaborator, joint venture, agents, merchants, distributors, franchisee, concessionaires, stockists, C & F agents or otherwise to deal in all types of cooked, semi-cooked, ready to cook items made of fish, prawn, crabs, chicken, meat, vegetables, etc., its' by-products, ingredients, spices, curries, compounds and allied material of any nature and form, and to do all incidental acts and things for the attainment of above objects as may be decided by the Designated PartnersMachhli Baba Foods LLP shall be represented by two designated partners each from both the partners. The designated partners from M/s Machhli Baba Trades LLP will be Mr Rajeev Neogi, son of Late Bijoy Gopal Neogi residing at Flat-18C2, Brook Towers, Hiland Park, 1925 Chakgaria, Kolkata, 700094, and Mr. Siddhartha Chatterjee, son of Late Ranjit Chatterjee, residing at Flat No. - 37, 8 Anil Moitra Road, Kolkata, 700019. The designated partners from M/s Mundlez and Zionz Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. will be Mr. Alokesh Banerjee, son of Late Mr. Nikhilesh Banerjee residing at 6/1 Queens Park, Balligunge, Kolkata – 700019 and Mr. Rajeev Mundle son of Mr. Ranjan Kumar Mundle residing at Flat No G1, Block B, Sherwood Estate, 169 NSC Bose Road, Narendrapur, Kolkata 700103. In case of Death of any designated partner, new designated partner will be selected by consent of all other existing partners. If any of the Designated Partners need to contribute to the capital of the LLP, for any statutory requirement or for any purpose, the amount shall be restricted to Rupee 1/- (rupee One only) and the same shall be construed to have been the capital contribution of their respective designating authority
