machine.records is an underground electronic music label, founded in 2001. It won 'Best Label' at the 2005 Welsh Music Awards and ran a monthly live electronica night called Terminal every month between October 2003 and September 2006. After 5 years operating from Cardiff (UK) it has now relocated to Wellington (NZ).You can sometimes hear machine.records music played by Radio 1 DJs Huw Stephens, Bethan Elfyn, Rob da Bank, and Mary Anne Hobbs, on Adam Walton's Sunday night Radio Wales show, on Radio Cymru, Resonance FM, on the British Council's The Selector, presented by Andrea Oliver, and on Another Nice Mess.
