Established in 2019, Make A Difference Academy (MAD) have been successfully assisting Companies in the Contact Centre Industry and individuals who desire to better prepare themselves for their future.We strongly believe that each individual can make a difference if given the correct skills and opportunity. Make A Difference (MAD) Academy believes that everyone matters.We don't just teach theory, we train values needed to raise the standards in the workplace. As a result we have become a sought after training service provider.We only just started with our Learnership programs and plan to train 20 learners per year. Our Learnership programs include:1.) Contact Centre Support; NQF level 2The learner identifies Contact Centre customers and their needs.2.) Contact Centre Operations; NQF level 4The learner understands and implement service levels and the monitoring in Contact Centres.3.) Generic Management: NQF level 4The learners who achieve this qualification will be able to demonstrate competencies in management relating to Planning, Organising, Leading, Controlling and Ethics. We on average train 300 people per year to be work ready.Our Legacy programme focus on teaching managers to be mentors, for the work to continue long after they are gone.
