Mad Batter is the brainchild of Sav Perera. Whilst being an avid cook through her life, baking was not her forte as she had a fear of failing. Many trials, burned cakes, split buttercream batches and long hours in a kitchen trying to ice cakes in hot weather later Mad Batter was finally born.Here at MB, we pride ourselves on making delicious cakes with the utmost love going into the process. We use fresh, local ingredients sourced in an around South Australia. We are a bespoke cake business -- each cake that you order is highly customised and meticulously brought into creation.
