The MADEMAN (Making a difference for each man) Foundation is a 501 (c)3 non-profit that exists to erase the opportunity gap for young Black men through hip-hop, experiential learning and the arts. We believe that developing sound academic skills , instilling the love of literacy, exposing young men to things greater and different than themselves and teaching them how to find their inner MC (Man in Charge) is the key to closing the opportunity gap. MADEMAN works inside of schools during lunch periods, advisory/homeroom hours and after school programs with young black men in high school.
