MCRE, as it is known, is an independent brokerage entity and is the "official" brokerage house for Advantage Osborne Property Management as well as continuing to serve our many individual commercial clients. With over 100 years of combined commercial real estate brokerage, management and development experience, MCRE will promote a culture of collaboration on all our brokerage marketing and development deals. Long time area brokers Mike, Vicki and Mike Osborne, along with sales associates Scott Gussick, Megan Ballard and Ben Filkouski, bring a wealth of experience to MCRE, with Mike Herl (formerly of Colliers/Inland Companies) functioning as Managing Broker. Currently, Mike Osborne of Advantage Osborne, locally manages over 1 million square feet of commercial office and retail space in the Madison market. Vicki has been handling the leasing of the Advantage Osborne portfolio over the past year as well as practicing real estate in the Madison area for many years prior.
