Madison Residential Advisors was formed to consult with Developers, Owners and Partners on affordable housing projects in Texas. Our assignments have included assisting with regulatory issues, developing and implementing code mitigation repairs and restructuring partnerships in order to achieve economic viability. The success of these assignments has required extensive knowledge of both the Low Income Housing Program and the Multifamily Revenue Bond Program. Our extensive involvement in the Texas LIHTC program has allowed us to develop integral relationships with TDHCA staff members throughout the organization, which has enabled me to quickly get to the right people for the problems facing my clients. Our added value is the ability to view problems from the perspectives of my clients and of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. This has enabled me to structure essential resolutions that work for both the client and the TDHCA.
