Magan Welfare foresees a society with peace, prosperity and harmony. Activities coordinated and developed are oriented towards gender equality and human rights, empowerment, democracy and participation in decision-making.MissionOur mission statement is to help communities, with a special focus on women and youth, to live in peace and sustain their livelihood.Magan Welfare also emphasize the development of community-based by contributing to the primary needs of the people and by contributing to the improvement of life conditions, through capacity-building, empowerment, programming & proper limited resources management and utilization.DescriptionWhich are our objectives?1.Advocate women rights for health services, education, environmental protection, employment and decision-making;2.Strengthen the capacity of women groups to participate in decision-making;3.Establish non-formal education, improve education skills and participation in decision-making;4.Create awareness regarding harmful practices such as FGM and cooperate with other Organizations towards the end of human suffering.5.To support gender-based violence (SGBV) survivors and reintegrate them back to the modern societies;6.To promote campaigns on family coherence and unity against family demolition and abandonment of marginalizing women status;7.To provide training programs on good household leadership;8. To up-grade the living standard of vulnerable women through the creation of independence, promoting generation awareness and resource management education.
