Coaching, Yoga, therapy, mindfulness skills and practices and importantly, looking inward at myself and my wants and needs, has been a long and difficult process, but it's working pretty damn well for me. I used to be obsessed with my job, I let it take over my whole life, until I pushed myself way too far and finally - I Burned Out. I collapsed from Burnout and Exhaustion, broke down, crashed out of the life I knew, and had to start all over again.The Opposite of Burnout is Happiness and Real Happiness comes from finding Balance. It's doing the things that make us happy, and being happy in everything we do. And learning that the things we thought made us happy… actually don't!
