Magic Bus supports children and young adults in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar with unique and highly innovative intervention programs to graduate families out of poverty. The programs focus on four important aspects of developing leadership, teaching life skills, enabling gainful employment with vocational training and working with Covid affected families in the Covid Recovery Program. In existence since 1999, Magic Bus currently works with over 400,000 children and young adults plus 30,000 families. Various pilots ensure the program content stays relevant during the beneficiaries learning journeys as well as show measurable impact in order to scale.Magic Bus USA supports the program in India by raising funds and awareness in the US. Corporate CSR funds, retail funding, family foundations, employee matching programs, events in major cities in the US ensure access to unrestricted funds for developing the program further in India.
