Le Magistère JAFB a été créé en 1992 à l'Université de Rennes 1. Il permet la découverte et la maîtrise de deux systèmes juridiques différents (Common Law et le droit civil français) afin de répondre au besoin de juristes bilingues et à double compétence que la pratique du droit des affaires et des activités économiques a créé. Le Magistère franco-britannique s'obtient sur trois années de formation.- La première année, accessible en L3 (Licence) associe des cours de L3 et de M1 à visée droit des affaires international (+ un stage francophone d'un mois minimum obligatoire).- La deuxième année (Master 1) se déroule à l'Université d'Exeter en Angleterre. Les étudiants obtiennent donc à la fin de l'année un LL.M International Business Law (+ un stage anglophone d'un mois minimum obligatoire).- La troisième année (Master 2) correspond à un M2 de quelque spécialité que ce soit, effectué par l'étudiant, dans l'Université de son choix.The JAFB Magistère was created in 1992 at the University of Rennes 1. It enables the high level of skill and mastery of two different legal systems (Common Law and French civil law) in order to meet the needs of bilingual lawyers and dual competence that the practice of business law and economic activities has created.The JAFB Magistère is a three-year law degree. - The first year, accessible in L3 (Licence) associates L3 and M1 (Master 1) courses with international business law (and a compulsory one-month minimum internship in french is required).- The second year (Master 1) takes place at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. At the end of the year, students obtain a LL.M International Business Law (and a compulsory English-speaking internship of one month minimum is required).- The third year (Master 2) can be carried out by the student in the University of his choice.
