The system is loaded on a specialised tough tablet, with a simple and intuative interface making it easy for all mine operators to quickly and accurately record the movement of explosives. All transactions, stocktakes and explosive deliveries are recorded with the date, time and operator.All data is transferred to the web, allowing the generation of usage reports and stock levels at any time.The MAGMAN Mine Supervisor shift planner, allows Supervisors to generate time based shift plan on an electronic version of the old style magnet board. The shift plan automatically generates a traditional written shift plan for the operators. Supervisors then sync from the 65" screen to the tablet, allowing them to quickly record the actual deliverables throughout the shift, record hand over notes and generate a plan on the tablet throughout the shift. The physical data for the shift can either be entered by the shift supervisor during the shift or by an administrator at the end of the shift. The system generates standard reports and Business Improvement data. MAGMAN are also an authorised supplier for the range of Getac computers and tablets.
