Magna Carta Youth is an international non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO) working with young people to discover their potential and motivate them in order to improve their personal development through leisure activities, active use of free time, non-formal education and informal learning.Magna Carta Youth was founded in 2014 by several highly skilled leaders with experience in European programs from Turkey. The mission of Magna Carta Youth is to work with young people and to give the adolescent an opportunity to become a leader and true change maker in their community in order to live in a world where the young generation will apply the skills to change to solve the very complex issues of our society.We imagine a world where every adolescent can educate themselves and apply their critical skills of social responsibility, empathy, team work, leadership and change making to be successful in the modern world. Together with success we also prefer to develop in young people ethical and moral principles, like added value. We believe that young people potential is a movement for future, for better tomorrow.In order to fulfil this vision we are unlocking new opportunities in many fields including personal and professional development. We are trying to bring development and excellence to the youth and focus actively to innovate through non-formal education and informal learning while developing leadership skills of young people.We also, organize projects beneficial to the public and make connections of friendship and cooperation between Turkey and the European Union.We offer our own innovative way of project management, cooperation in youth field, project consulting, personal coaching and various types of youth projects, trainings, seminars, workshops, conferences in national and international level.We believe in ourselves and we are encouraging young generation: ''Believe in yourself.''
