Formerly Magnifique decor. We specialize in Event Decor. Phebe founded Magnifique Balloons in 1981 and specialized in balloon deliveries. In 1987 she bought a building in Manayunk and expanded her business to party decorating. Magnifique was awarded "The Best of Philly" award in balloon art by Phila Magazine in 1989 and added floral design. Over the next two decades Magnifique decorated many large scale events including the Republican Convention and the inauguration of Ed Rendell. Phebe was proud of her charity work with Race for the Cure and Aids and for decorating many championship games for the Flyers and Phillies. Phebe died of pancreatic cancer in 2007 but her spirit of celebrating life will live on. Recently we renamed our company Magnificent Balloon events to look toward more corporate events.
