We are totally committed to providing a high quality professional consultancy service to meet our clients requirements. The members initial association began in 1987 in Belfast while working in the regional office of a former UK based Building Surveying practice. In January 1993, against the backdrop of recession in property and construction generally, the partners acquired the regional office as a going concern. New offices were obtained and the Maguire Fairweather Partnership was launched on 14th January 1993. In April 2010, the partners transferred the Partnership to Maguire Fairweather LLP which is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Northern Ireland : No. 610. The new LLP Company will continue to provide all our customers/clients with the same high levels of service enjoyed under the Partnership. The existing partners are members of Maguire Fairweather LLP. Maguire Fairweather encompasses a vast experience over 23 years in the field of Building Surveying for clients in both the private and public sector, promoting a friendly approach with emphasis on a pro active positive involvement dedicated to achieving excellence in meeting our clients needs.
