Shruthi Mahalingaiah, M.D., M.S. at Boston University School of Medicine seeks to understand the association of environmental exposures on human reproduction as they pertain to the etiology and prevention of gynecological disease. The Mahalingaiah Lab is currently recruiting women to participate in a survey that evaluates ovulation and menstruation health. Findings will provide key results to determine windows of greatest risk for mother and child and strategically devise risk-reducing interventions to improve health outcomes. We encourage women 18-45 years of age to first view our informational video on ovulation and menstruation health at http://sites.bu.edu/pcos/ before continuing onto the study survey, which takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. Women who are currently pregnant or who have a history of chemotherapy, radiation, or surgical menopause are not eligible to participate.Email pcos@bu.edu for more information. Participants will be entered into a raffle for a $200 gift card.
